Aejal Group was founded in the year 2000. Over the last 19 years, Aejal Group is adhering to the development philosophy of “ Serve the colors to the society, as color affects the people’s mood. “ works hard persue excellence, Aejal Group is one of the largest manufacturers of AZO and Phthalocyanine Pigments. The Products cover six color scheme, including Yellow, Red, Orange, Green, Blue, Violet and so on over a many product variation which are widely used in Paints & Coatings, Inks, Plastics, Textiles and other industries.
Naik Dyestuff Industry is established in the year 2009. We upgraded our plant to fulfill the demand of Organic Pigments in the year 2015. Our manufacturing unit is capable of handling large amount production for AZO Pigments and Phthalocyanine Pigments.
With all kinds of reserved technologies in the R&D, as well as the cooperation mechanism with domestic and foreign professional research institutions, upstream and downstream enterprises linkage, Naik Dyestuff Industry (NDI) provides ever updated new products, new technologies and customized solutions for special needs and improves users value.

Infrastructure
In order to meet the growing demands of today as well as tomorrow, NDI is well equipped with the sophisticated/ultramodern full fledged three plants located in the GIDC Vatva and Kharawala Compound Behrampura Ahmedabad in Gujarat in India. It has a combined capacity of 800 MTPA of the total product range. NDI is proud to have one of the finest infrastructurers with the latest machinery and equipments. Our plants are managed by highly qualified personals that process rich experience in the industry. Our research team is always motivated by the directors who are technically sound to achieve new technology and upgrade the new production methods. They are encouraged constantly to be competitive in terms of quality.
Research and Development
NDI’s attention is on R&D with the help of highly qualified chemists and modern laboratory equipped with latest machineries such as color matching Spectro Photometer, Vibro Shaker, Automatic Muller, Automatic Film Applicator. The company take care of quality standard. It uses only the best of raw material to give desired quality product. In the processing of the product a double check is done at every stage of manufacturing.
This has enabled NDI’s to develop a new products to meet continuously changing requirements of market demand and achieve greater heights by creating a reputation in the global market.

PRODUCTS
Pigments are colored organic materials in the form of insoluble powders, which are mixed with various resins, solvents and additives to manufacturers various types of paints & coatings. This mainly covers water based acrylic emulsions, decorative paints, distempers, cement or exterior paints, synthetic enamels, industrial coatings, epoxy, marine or hammertone, stoving, acrylic lacquers, OBD etc. Pigments are selected to impart excellent dispersion characteristics with excellent gloss, transparency, rheology, thixotropic properties to impart good gloss and consistent color value and tint strength.
Bringing out the joy of colors by dispersed organic pigment printing on fabrics. Pigment Emulsion is manufactured with advanced technology to provide quality results of fine color dispersion with fastness properties. Pigment colors adopts to variety of binders to provide brilliant quality color tones and attractive shades on textile fabrics. The Pigment fabrics are dried at 80-90 C temperature and full fixation can be obtained in dry heat at 150 C for 4-5 minutes. The fastness properties is related to the quality of binders. We recommend the ratio of 1 : 4 to the good quality binder and minimum 7-10% binder for pale shades. The other shades are available to specific requirements.
